The report is an API document used by the inspector to record the information related to the inspection. The information concerns: ? The quality of the packing, packaging and product ? Defects Record ? Tests done during the inspection ? Remarks ments regarding the production, the product and its quality ? Factory ments The report is a product of API: ? The report is the product API sells to the customer. ? The report is the confirmation to the customer that the inspection was done according to API procedures and customer requirements. ? If the information is not accurate and detailed, the customer will not trust the inspection performed by API. ? If inspector does not mention all the facts, the customer will think that the inspection is not done in a proper way.
