医院门诊新型导医分诊服务模式应用体会

【摘要】目的：观察医院门诊新型导医分诊服务模式临床应用。方法：以2018年3月到2019年3月抽取我院内导医分诊护士20例，
作为对照组，主要以医院常规门诊服务模式为患者提供服务。以2019年4月到2020年4月抽取我院内导医分诊护士20例，作为观察
组，主要实行门诊新型导医分诊服务模式为患者提供服务。对比两组等待时间、分诊时间、就诊时间、护士满意度以及服务风险
发生率。结果：(1)等待时间、分诊时间、就诊时间、护士满意度。两组对比，观察组均优于对照组，P＜。(2)服务风险
发生率。两组对比，观察组低于对照组，P＜。结论：与常规门诊服务相比，应用门诊新型导医分诊服务模式，能够使患者尽
快接受治疗，有效降低了风险事件发生概率，有利于保障患者生命健康安全，可推广。
