汽车涂装线的设计与应用

摘要:简述了汽车涂装线设计的要点。根据所采用的涂装新材料和新工艺的特点,确定了涂装工艺流程和参
数,以及设备的工作原理和主要结构。涂装线投入生产运行后,通过分析运行数据,结果表明其满足了汽车涂装的要
求,同时提供了降低涂装车间能耗的措施。

Abstract: This article has described the key points of designing the automobile painting line. The flow
and parameter of p rocess, p rincip le and main structure of the equipments are finalized according to charac
teristic of the chosen advanced paintmaterial and coating p rocess. Since the painting line put into operation,
it was shown that the design satisfied the requirements of the automobile painting by analyzing the running
data. Besides, some energy saving methods were given.
