摘 要
用数控铣床完成零件的加工,毛坯外形尺寸为72m×m72mm×19mm,材料选择尼龙块。按要求完成零件节点、基点计算,设定工件坐标系,制定正确的工艺方案(包括定位、夹紧方案与工艺路线),选择合理的刀具与切削工艺参数,编写数控加工程序,按尺寸精度与表面粗糙度值要求加工出零件。
一方面在正确分析零件工艺性的基础上,参考了一些相关资料,以CAXA绘图软件完成零件造型,数控铣床加工工艺的设计与数控加工中心的操作方式及过程,此过程包括零件的实体造型、数控加工工艺设计的基本内容、材料的选择、节点基点的计算、工件坐标系的选择、刀具的选择、参数的选择等因素。同时,还要根据要求制定正确的工艺方案(包括定位、夹紧方案与工艺路线),编写数控加工程序,按零件要求的尺寸与精度来完成加工操作;另一方面就就是我们在保证正确加工出产品的同时还应满足其工艺要求,不仅要把产品做出来,还要保证其工艺要求达到标准。
