本文主要是以恩施土家族苗族自治州少数民族传统体育文化的发展现状为
背景，通过相关文献阅读，以及作者的实际调查，运用文献资料法、比较法、
访谈法等研究方法，从文化的角度出发，以体育为侧重点，追溯恩施土家族苗
族自治州少数民族传统体育文化发展的渊源及历史传承方式。并使用 SWOT 分
析法，纵向对恩施土家族苗族自治州少数民族传统体育文化发展现状所面临的
优势、劣势、机遇、挑战四个层面进行梳理。同时，横向与广东省的少数民族
传统体育文化发展进行对比。针对现有的发展现状，对当前恩施州少数民族传
统体育文化传承提出对策，力求为相关部门在决策、规划和发展其少数民族传
统体育文化传承工作方面提供参考。
本研究从恩施土家族苗族自治州少数民族传统体育文化形成的渊源、特点和
功能、发展现状、传承四个方面进行分析，对未来当地的少数民族传统体育文化
的发展、传承提出了以下对策：1、抓住经济发展机遇，加大对少数民族传统体
育的财力投入；2、建立人才培训与引进的长效机制；3、科学规划少数民族传统
体育项目，打造精品项目；4、拓宽少数民族传统体育文化的推广渠道，夯实群
众基础；5、打造具有恩施州少数民族传统体育特色的旅游产业；6、立足优势，
依托全民健身，加大少数民族传统体育文化的宣传力度。对恩施州少数民族传统
体育文化进行有效的挖掘、保护和传承，促进恩施州少数民族文化得到不断的弘
扬。

Abstract
This article is mainly based on the development of the traditional sports culture
of Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture minority nationalities in Enshi, by reading
related literatures, as well as the actual survey, and research methods of
documentation and interviews. From the view of culture, with the focus of sport ,
traced back to Enshi autonomous prefecture of origin and historical development of
the traditional sports culture of minority nationalities,the paper uses the SWOT
analysis, analyse from the faced problems in the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities,
and challenges of the development of traditional sports culture of minority
nationalities in Enshi Tujia and Miao autonomous the same time,
compared with the development of the traditional sports culture of minority
nationalities in Guangdong the existing situation, on the inheritance
of traditional sports culture of minority nationalities in Enshi autonomous prefecture
at present, in order to help w
