郭亮村新农村建设中的问题及对策

为认真落实《关于组织全区党员干部深入开展“与群众恳谈对话，为群众排忧解难”活动的通知》和区委《关于开展“听真话、解疑惑、办实事、献良策”党代表民情大走访活动的通知》，充分发挥党代表联系群众的桥梁纽带作用，进一步了解民情，畅通民意，密切党群关系，在茶亭镇的支持配合下，第三代表小组对茶亭镇郭亮村开展了民情大走访活动，圆满完成了调研任务。现将调查情况报告如下：
一、郭亮村基本情况
郭亮村距离长沙市区30公里，与东城、铜官、丁字三镇交界，西连铜官古镇，南接长沙窑，紧邻长沙华电电厂。由原联霞、大兴、和平三村合并而成，是著名革命烈士郭亮的故乡,为纪念和宣传郭亮烈士,并村后定村名为郭亮村。,耕地面积3444亩,人口3878人，农户978户, 村民小组47个。京珠高速复线横跨该村，并设有一个出口，另有电厂大道、郭亮大道、梅铜公路、电厂铁路交汇于此，交通非常便捷。
二、走访工作安排
在认真学习《党代表提案提议办理办法》、区委组织部《关于开展“听真话、解疑惑、办实事、献良策”党代表民情大走访活动的通知》等文件精神的基础上，根据分组调研的统一安排，
