关于理事、常务理事变更的决议

中国有色金属工业协会二届三次会议以来，部分理事、常务理事因工作变动、退休等原因已离开原岗位，根据《中国有色金属工业协会章程》规定和工作需要，为有利于协会工作的开展，对协会理事和常务理事做如下增免和调整：
一、增免事项
1、增补陕西有色金属控股集团有限责任公司董事长、总经理、党委书记黄晓平任理事、常务理事；
2、增补永城煤电控股集团有限公司总经理助理王镭任理事、常务理事；
3、湖南创元铝业有限公司董事长邓南方任理事、常务理事；
4、增补中国有色金属工业协会办公室主任王藩任理事；
5、增补中任理事；
6、增补执行官徐弘任理事；
7、增补东南铝业有限公司董事长沈建国任理事；
8、增补山西阳泉铝业股份有限公司董事长梁璧任理事；
