对机构养老问题的实证研究
——以临汾市尧都区某老年公寓为例
内容摘要
家庭养老是我国传统的养老方式，随着社会人口老龄化的加速开展，机构养老、社区养老等多种养老方式也应运而生。本文以临汾市城市居民老年公寓为例展开研究，介绍了研究方法和思路，主要采用访谈和观察的方式进行调查；对相关文献进行综述,通过对我国现存养老方式和国外养老方式开展状况进行论述；描述了临汾市尧都区某老年公寓的养老现状，主要包括公寓的开展现状、运转情况、老年人的生活状况等方面；针对尧都区某老年公寓的现存问题，提出了改良的建议。我认为解决养老问题不能仅依靠一种方式，而应建立多元化、多层次的养老方式体系，以满足养老的不同需求。

Use the Senile Apartment of Linfen City to Analysis the Problem of Institutional Caring for the Old
Abstract
Family caring for the aged is our country's traditional way of supporting for the the development of society ,institutional caring for the old ,community caring for the aged and other caring styles of the old also growth rapidly .This essay use the senile apartment of Linfen city to analysis the problem of institutional caring for the old,introduce research methods what I have used;analysis literature link with this research ;describe the current situation of the senile apartment in Linfen; put forward some improving hold that we cannot rely on only one way,and should establish caring style of the old system which is multiplication and multilayer to satisfy the different requirements of caring old.
