文档介绍:TBAI催化的苄酯、烯丙酯的合成研究中文摘要 I 中文摘要近几年来,TBHP/TBAI作用下的各种氧化偶联反应在有机合成中引起了广泛的兴趣。与传统的过渡金属催化的经典偶联反应相比,该体系避免了使用昂贵的过渡金属,选取了比较温和的TBHP作为氧化剂,廉价易得的Bu 4NI作为催化剂, 符合当今绿色化学发展的要求。本论文主要分为两部分: 一、TBHP/TBAI作用下苄酯的合成研究我们研究了羧酸与各种烷基苯的无金属氧化偶联。本体系使用过氧叔丁醇作氧化剂,四丁基碘化铵作催化剂,水作溶剂,使羧酸和烷基苯分别生成羧基自由基和苄基自由基,然后羧基自由基再与苄基自由基偶联生成苄酯。本体系具有以下优点: 1、以过氧叔丁醇作为氧化剂,水作为溶剂,符合绿色化学发展的要求; 2、酸作为反应底物,来源广泛,廉价易得; 3、反应条件比较温和,操作简单,无需无水无氧操作。二、TBHP/TBAI作用下烯丙基酯的合成研究我们报道了无金属条件下烯丙基酯的合成。本体系使用过氧叔丁醇作氧化剂, 四丁基碘化铵作催化剂,苯作溶剂,使羧酸和烯烃分别生成羧基自由基和烯丙基自由基,然后羧基自由基再与烯丙基自由基偶联生成烯丙基酯,成功实现了一系列羧酸与烯丙基氢的交叉脱氢偶联。本体系具有以下优点: 1、该体系发展了一种新的无过渡金属参与的烯丙基酯的合成,原料廉价易得, 原子经济性好; 2、反应条件温和,操作简单,无需无水无氧,直接在空气下进行即可; 3、反应底物范围比较广。关键词:TBHP, TBAI, 羧酸,苄酯,烯烃,烯丙基酯作者:时二波指导教师:万小兵 Abstract Tetrabutylammonium Iodide Catalyzed Synthesis of Benzyl ester and Allylic Ester II Tetrabutylammonium Iodide CatalyzedSynthesis of Benzyl Esterand Allylic Ester Abstract Recently,all kinds of oxidative coupling reactionshaveobtained exciting interest under TBHP/TBAIsystem in organic synthesis. In comparison with tradition metal-catalyzed coupling reactions, it is not require expensive contrast, it uses commercially available and inexpensive tetrabutylammonium iodide (TBAI) as a catalyst and tert-butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP) as the oxidant which accords with the development of green chemistry. This poses with two parts as follows: Iodide Catalyzed Synthesis of Benzyl Ester with Tert-Butyl Hydroperoxide as an Oxidant We developed a new method for the construction of benzyl esters which formed from various carboxylic acids and alkylbenzenes under metal-free system. In the system, tetrabutylammonium iodide is catalyst, tert-butyl hydroperoxide is oxidant and H 2O is solvent, under the condition, carboxylic acid and alkyl benzene generatesthe acyloxy radical and benzyl radical, respectively. Finally, the coupling of acyloxy radical and benzyl radical forms the desired be
