文档介绍:专业资料参考首选摘要当今的世界为众多企业提供了宽阔的生存空间和良好的发展机会的同时,也将众多企业暴露在越来越激烈的竞争当中。一个个品牌的消失和一次次市场的风云变幻使越来越多的人发现, 在闪光的机遇背后隐藏着的是令人畏惧的危机。尤其在近几年, 频繁出现的企业危机事件和种种失败的危机处理工作让人们把更多的目光集聚在了企业的公关危机工作上。公关危机, 作为现代企业经营中的一大重要管理手段,在当今社会中显得越来越必要。目前说来,企业的公关危机工作正在不断向合理化和规范化趋近, 但是在这其中仍然存在着许多问题。在理论界, 仍然有许多相近的词语被混淆地运用在一起, 引起人们的费解; 在实际运行中,各个企业的重视程度和管理水平不一, 公关危机缺乏系统性。很多公关危机的处理工作都集中在了对企业外部的公众上, 很少集中在企业内部的员工上, 使公关危机工作显得不完整。本文借助了观察法,文献研究法、调查法等一系列科学研究方法, 以公关危机的定义为切入点, 在详细分析了富士康公关危机的原因以及危机处理上的缺失后, 提出了公关危机在事前预防和事中处理中的工作,以及事后企业形象恢复工作中的一些对策。【关键词】:公关危机公关危机管理富士康跳楼事件 Abstract Today's world provide sa wide living space and good development opportunities for many enterprises, meanwile panies are exposed to the increasingly petition environment . More and more brand disappearing and the changing market make lots of people find opportunities in the flash hidden behind the daunting crisis. Especially in recent years, the frequent failure of corporate crises and crisis management lets people pay more attention to the business of gathering crisis in public relations work. Crisis public relations, asa modern business management inone of the important tools in today's society , has e increasingly necessary. Currently speaking, the corporate crisis public relations is constantly closer to the rationalization and standardization, but in which there are still many problems.
