文档介绍：The analysis of Gansu fixed asset investment structure and industrial structure Liu Jie Northwest Normal University I 摘要现代经济增长方式本质上是以产业结构变动为核心的经济成长模式,经济发展过程在很大程度上体现为产业结构的不断升级和优化。因此,在西部大开发中, 产业结构调整升级具有重要的意义,是推进西部经济可持续发展的基础。产业结构的优化除了要依靠市场的力量外,政府也可以通过各种政策工具发挥作用,其中产业政策便属于宏观调节机制中的重要内容,而投资结构既是产业政策的重要内容,又是实现产业政策进而推动产业结构优化的重要手段。因此,根据产业结构调整的要求改善投资结构具有重要的意义。投资结构是指一定时期固定资产投资总量在国民经济和社会发展各产业、各地区的分配比例以及相互关系。有什么样的投资结构就会有什么样的产业结构, 特有的投资结构塑造特有的产业结构,这已经得到经济学界的共识。投资的作用主要有两个,一个是促进经济的增长,另外一个是调整产业结构。目前,目前甘肃省经济发展主要存在“量”和“质”的问题,即总量发展不足,经济增长模式也有一定问题,即产业结构不够合理。产业结构问题成为制约甘肃省增长的主要因素之一。要处理好甘肃经济发展中存在的问题,我们就要从投资上入手,分析投资对经济增长产产业结构的影响机制,然后通过调整优化投资结构来解决当前的问题。西部大开发,标志着甘肃省经济进入了一个新的发展时期。这一时期,甘肃省加快转变经济增长方式,积极的调整优化产业结构。目前,甘肃省在全国还处于相对落后的阶段,产业结构的调整要服从经济增长的需要,只有经济增长了, 才有条件去升级产业。而要对产业结构进行调整,最有效的方法是对产业投资结构进行调整,产业投资结构的调整要服从产业结构的优化。在未来一段时期里, 甘肃省仍主要靠投资拉动经济的增长,这就需要我们把有限的投资合理的分配, 是之产生最大的经济效益。鉴于此,本论文在分析了 2000-2009 年甘肃产业结构与投资结构的基础上,通过计算并分析固定资产投资与产业增加值之间的灰色关联度,以及比较分析三次产业投资效率,研究了以经济增长为目标,产业投资结构的调整与优化。这对甘肃省产业投资政策的制定,有一定的借鉴意义。关键词:固定资产投资产业结构灰色关联度分析优化 III Abstract The modern economic growth mode in essence is the change of industrial structure and toa great extent economic development process for the industrial structure of escalating and optimization. Therefore, the development of the western regions, the adjustment of industrial structure has an important meaning, it is the foundation of promoting a sustainable economic development.
