文档介绍:半挂车车架结构有限元分析摘要本文简要介绍了可用于汽车结构分析的有限元法的基本理论,阐述了汽车结构参数优化设计的原理和方法,建立了罐式半挂车和集装箱式半挂运输车车架的有限元计算模型,利用有限元软件一ANSYS进行了强度分析,并对罐式半挂车通过电测试验验证了计算模型和计算结果的正确性:论文还提出了半挂车车架结构参数优化设计与拓扑优化设计的模型和方法,调用了ANSYS软件对其进行了优化设计,分析了优化结果的可行性,并给出了该半挂车车架的结构改进方向。本文的研究所提出的汽车结构优化设计的模型和多变量分步优化方法对于汽车和专用车制造业进一步推广应用CAD/CAE技术、开展优化设计研究具有一定的理论意义和实用价值! 关键词:半挂汽车有限元强度分析结构优化设计 FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS FOR SEMI-TRAILER FRAME STRUCTURE ABSTRACT This paper briefly introduces the basically theory of finite element method which can be used for analysis of vehicles structure, describes the principles and methods of design optimization for vehicles structure parameters, establishes the finite element models of semi-dragging trucks, which applies the ANSYS software to analyze strength, then validity of the calculation result and models is demonstrated by means of non-electric charge surveying experiment. At the same time, the author puts forward the model and methods of optimization design for structure parameters of vehicle frames, exploits the applied software of semi-dragging trucks, does optimization design ,analyzes the feasibility of the optimization results,then gives the structure improve direction, This paper has presented the models of optimization design for vehicle structure and methods of brunch optimization of multi-variables which have some theory significance and applicable value to put forward CAD/CAE technology and optimization design for vehicle and special vehicle.
