文档介绍:充值下载即送 CAD 图纸, QQ 36396305 I 摘要我国中薄煤层储碳量丰富,对适合于薄煤层开采的采煤机的需求量很大。而炮采安全性比较低,生产率也比较低;综采对设备要求较高,而且投资费用比较大。所以对中薄煤层来说开发适应高档普采的采煤机是非常必要的,而该设计正是针对中薄煤层适应高普而进行的设计。主要从机械传动的角度对电牵引薄煤层采煤机的摇臂进行了设计,采取双电机横向布置,截割电机容量为 2×100kW ;开采含有夹矸等较硬煤质的综合机械化采煤工作面,可靠性高,性能先进。采煤机摇臂工作时由扭矩轴驱动,能量逐级传递,三轴起均载作用,四轴和五轴构成齿轮的变速级,末级为四行星减速器用以降低速度。并对各级齿轮及相应的传动轴进行了设计计算和校核, 设计计算结果满足设计要求。关键词:采煤机;摇臂;传动系统;行星机构充值下载即送 CAD 图纸, QQ 36396305 II Abstract In the present coal mine ofour country,the thin reserves of coal seam are still rich ,are larger for the demand of the small-power machine of coal cannon pick parison little,productivity is also low;Zong pick for equipment requirement higher,and investment cost for in thin coal seam development meet the high general machine of coal mining is very necessary. And the design is adapted for thin seam in general and for high design. Mainly from the mechanical point of view of the electric traction drive thin seam shearer's arm was designed to take two-motor horizontal layout, cutting electrical capacity of2×100 k W; mining and other hard parting with prehensive mechanization of coal mining face, high reliability and advanced performance. Shearer work by the torque arm shaft drive, the energy transfer step by step, from both three-axis load, four-axis and five-axis gear shift level form, the end of grade four ary gear reducer to reduce the speed. And levels of gear and drive shaft were designed corresponding calculation and verification, design calculations to meet the design requirements.
