文档介绍:充值下载即送 CAD 图纸, QQ 36396305 1 摘要混合单元操作广泛应用于化工、医药、食品、粉末冶金、涂料、电子、军工、材料等领域及新材料技术领域,为保证固体粉末特别是对于有一定潮湿度和团聚粘结倾向的半干粉料之间的均匀混合,混合机械设备的选择至关重要。国产优质混合机基本上以采用上世纪 80年代由合肥轻机(合肥中辰前身)引进的日本三菱技术为主。但这一技术在大量产和自动化控制上已经显出不足。随着饮料工业的持续、健康发展,国内企业对高端设备的需求也在不断增加,且一直依赖进口。为了改变这一局面,我国凭借多年的研究、制作混合机的经验,组织技术力量在广泛学习国外最新技术的基础上。从1990 年至今,混合机从无到有,并逐渐形成规模生产,已广泛应用于生产实践中并且已有少量出口。在设计过程中,努力实现混合机的混合速度快、混合效果好。本次设计的行星运动螺旋式混合机主要用于粉体混合。它的执行机构有两部分; 一是通过三对锥齿轮传动的自转部分,二是由一对直齿轮和一对蜗轮蜗杆传动的公转部分。该机的机构设计,其主要设计内容是传动装置的设计,电动机的选择,减速器的设计,搅拌器的设计以及箱体的简单设计。最后进行总体的装配,达到设计的要求, 本设计说明书对其进行了详细的阐述。关键词: 混合机;行星运动;自转;公转;减速器;螺旋充值下载即送 CAD 图纸, QQ 36396305 2 ABSTRACT Mixers are widely used in high-tech fields of chemicals, medication, food industry, powder and metallurgy, paints, electronics, military and materials. In order to warrantee the mild blend between powder of humidity and half-dried with tendency of aggregative cohersion, it is critical to choose the right blending machine .
