栀子苷的研究进展

【摘 要】栀子苷是一种环烯醚萜类化合物，是中药栀子的主要药效成分。本文概述了栀 子苷及其苷元京尼平在抗氧化、保肝利胆、降血糖、抗炎、抗肿瘤、神经退行性疾病等方面的 药理活性，药动学，体内代谢，药物相互作用。

【 Abstract 】 Geniposide ， an iridoid glycosides ，is the effective medicinal composition of paper provides an overview of geniposide and the aglycone of geniposide in antioxidant ， hepatoprotective and choleretic ， hypoglycemic action ， anti-inflammatory ， anti- cancer， neurodegenerative diseases and other aspects of the pharmacological activity ， pharmacokinetic ， metabolism ， drug interactions.

栀子苷是茜草科植物栀子（ Gardenia jasminoides Ellis ）的干燥成熟果实中一种环烯醚萜类 化合物，是中药栀子的主要药效成分。栀子性寒、味苦，归心、肝、肺、胃、三焦经。具有护 肝、利胆、降压、镇静、止血、消肿等作用。在中国中药应用上，栀子主要用于黄疸型肝炎、 扭挫伤、高血压、糖尿病等症的治疗。栀子苷具有抗氧化、抗炎镇痛、抗菌、保肝利胆、降血 糖、抗肿瘤作用等方面的药理作用 [14] 栀子苷在体内的药物代谢动力学和与其他药物的相互作 用
