建筑企业信息化旨在突破建筑企业内部存在的信息孤岛，彻底改变企业处理、
利用信息的方式，变革组织形式，重构业务流程，进而使多层塔型的组织结构转
型为精确、敏捷、具有创新精扁平化“动态网络”结构。
目前的信息化建设大都仅仅关注信息系统的建设，即只注视信息技术的应用。
企业信息化是一个相当复杂的系统工程，牵涉组织构架、战略、业务流程、信息
技术、环境、企业文化等方方面面的问题，不能系统的看待这个问题，企业信息
化建设就会流于片面，达不到预期的效果。因此，我们需要一种有效的方法来指
导信息化建设。本研究在分析建筑企业信息化管理机制、组织与决策机制的同时，
研究了建筑企业信息化动力机制和绩效评价，给建筑企业开展信息化管理模式的
策略，最后以几家典型建筑公司为探讨建筑企业信息化管理机制实验经验，以便
为其它建筑企业提供参考。总之，本文通过对建筑企业信息化机制和实践的研究，
拟为建筑企业信息化管理提供理论依据和实践工具。
本文的意义是深入探讨了建筑企业信息化建设中的相关理论：如信息化的管
理模式、信息化风险管理、信息化绩效评价、信息化推动力机制等方面，丰富了
企业信息化管理的理论体系，并进一步探讨相关方法的应用。

Abstract
The management of information for construction enterprise must break each kind
of information barrier in its interior, fundamentally change its way of processing and
using information, thus cause the configuration of organization the huge transformation,
impel the operation flow and even organizational structure restructuring, cause the
original plate column structure to become precisely, agile, and innovate the fine
flattening “the dynamic network” structure.
We gaze merely at the information technology and its application on the process of
the information construction for the present, namely only pay attention to information
system's construction. But the information is a very complex systems engineering,
involving the organization skeleton, strategic, the operation flow, the information
technology ，environment, the enterprise culture, and so on. If we cannot look down at
these questions, the information construction will flow in one-sidedly; will not obtain
the anticipated effect. Based on this, we need one effective method to instruct the
information construction. This research in the analysis construction enterprise
