文档介绍:充值下载即送 CAD 图纸, QQ 36396305 摘要畜牧业的发展水平反映了一个和技术的进步程度, 在一些畜牧业发达国家,畜牧业产值在农业总产值中占有很高的比例,在畜牧业产值中, 60% 以上是由牧草转化来的,所以牧草生产是畜牧业中最基础的产业,还是一个经济效益很高的产业。但是, 我低, 设备陈旧不能满足收获需求, 有时还需要人工收割, 使牧草产量和品质下降,缺乏牧草收获机械,以阻碍了草产业的发展。本课题的确定是在收集、分析以往使用经验以及国外同类产品最新技术资料的基础上确定的。研制了一种可以一次完成切割、压扁、集拢铺条三种作业工序的切割压扁机, 它的特点是采用了偏心式拨禾轮, 将牧草拨入立式割台, 并及时推向压扁辊; 采用了一对对称反向螺旋凸纹宽幅的橡胶压扁辊和钢制压扁辊,且其纵向有一定的安装角度,提高了压扁效果。本文主要是应用机械设计方法和机械原理对割草压扁机的全部零件进行尺寸研究设计, 对主要的传动零部件进行受力分析和强度校核计算,用 CAXA 电子图板及 CAXA 实体设计软件进行设计和绘图,初步完成了整机的设计并整理出图纸。关键词: 苜蓿;割草压扁机;往复式切割器;偏心拨禾轮充值下载即送 CAD 图纸, QQ 36396305 Abstract The development level of animal husbandry, reflect a nation ’s economic development level and technical progress, in some animal husbandry development countries, proportion of output value animal husbandry is high in the total agricultural output rates, in the animal husbandry production value, so in animal husbandry forage production is the foundation industry.
