摘 要：【目的/意义】花卉是漳州重要的经济作物，推动花卉产业集群建设有助于花卉产业高质量发展，助推乡村产业振兴。【方法/过程】区位熵是测量地区产业集群的重要指标，通过测算漳州市、县市区以及主要花卉品种层面的区位熵，探讨漳州市花卉产业集群情况。【结果/结论】研究发现，龙海市、漳浦县、长泰县、南靖县及华安县具备了花卉产业集群发展基础，并且盆栽花、鲜切花、盆景园艺及其他花卉在不同县市具有不同优势，但在产业链条、土地生产率、生产组织化、市场销售及政策扶持等方面存在不足。基于此，从政府引导、科技研发、市场引导、对台与荷兰合作等方面提出了推进漳州市花卉产业集群建设的建议。

Abstract： 【Objective/Meaning】Flowers are important economic crops in Zhangzhou. Promoting the construction of flower industry clusters is conducive to the high-quality development of flower industry and promote the revitalization of rural industries. 【Methods/Procedures】Location quotient is an important indicator for measuring the regional industrial clusters. By measuring the location quotient at the level of the districts and counties of Zhangzhou and the major flower varieties， the situation of flower industry clusters in Zhangzhou was discussed in this paper. 【Results/Conclusions】 The study found that it had the foundation for the development of flower industry clusters in Longhai City， Zhangpu County， Changtai County， Nanjing County and Huaan County， and the potted flowers， fresh cut flowers， bonsai gardening and other flowers had different advantages in different counties and cities. However， there were deficiencies in the industrial chain， land productivity， production organization， marketing & sales and policy support. Based on this， the countermeasures for promoting the construction of the flower industry cluster in Zhangzhou were put forward from the aspects of government guidance， technical research and development， market guidance， and the cooperation between Taiwan and the Netherlands， etc.
