文档介绍:充值下载即送 CAD 图纸, QQ 36396305 毕业设计(论文) 题目: 自动包装箱开箱成形系统设计学院: 专业: 学生姓名: 指导教师: 毕业设计(论文)时间: 充值下载即送 CAD 图纸, QQ 36396305 -I- 摘要瓦楞纸箱在传统包装材料上一直占据重要地位。近 10 年来中国瓦楞纸箱机械工业发展的很快, 生产种类从瓦楞纸板发展到印刷开槽机、纸板胶合机、切角机等各个品种系列。但目前生产的纸箱成型封底机存在性能不稳定等许多细节问题,如纸箱摆放时容易翻倒;以往的储料方式采用动力输送在实际生产过程中,由于各使用厂商的纸箱材质及厚度各不相同,使得在生产过程中纸箱送料不到位或送过料等现象时有发生,纸箱成型方法不佳导致成型后形状不够标准,折侧盖不够到位造成封底后箱底隆起不够严密。针对上述问题,设计了瓦楞纸箱开箱成型机。根据重力下滑原理采用重力下滑机构自动送料,运用四杆机构原理设计气动滑轨取料和气动折侧盖机构。理论分析表明重力下滑机构无需任何驱动力直接靠纸箱自重即可下滑,机械性能稳定, 大大降低了制造成本实践证明气动折侧盖机构简单快捷能够准确的将侧盖折到标准位置胶带黏贴后不会发生隆起的现象。关键词: 纸箱成型,瓦楞纸箱,开箱机械充值下载即送 CAD 图纸, QQ 36396305 - II- Abstract Corrugated carton packaging material has occupied an important position in the traditional.
