益生菌和益生元在人体健康和食品营养领域的应用

摘要: 益生菌在预防腹泻、增强乳糖耐受能力、调节免疫、预防癌症、降低胆固醇等方面具有很好功效。益生元通过促进肠内人体有益菌的繁殖,增殖体内有益菌,减少有害菌,优化菌群来平衡人体的健康。益生菌和益生元的复合制品即为合生元。合生元发挥作用的功效明显优于益生菌和益生元单独发挥的作用。本文主要综述了益生菌、益生元、合生元的定义、生理功能和在人体健康和食品工业中所起到的作用。最后讨论了合生元的发展前景。

Abstract: Probiotics has the very good effect on the prevention of diarrhea, enhancing the capacity of lactose tolerance, regulating immunity, preventing cancer, lower cholesterol, can reduce the harmful bacteria and optimize the flora to balance the body's health by promoting good intestinal bacteria breeding,breeding bacteria in the biostime is composite according to probiotics and prebiotics .Biostime is superior to the role of probiotics and prebiotics alone in article mainly summarized the definition of probiotics ,prebiotics and the biostime, physiological function,the role of the human health and the food industry .Finally it discussed the prospects of the development of probiotics.

众所周知,抗生素自问世以来一直被用于疾病治疗和畜牧业生产中,对人类健康和社会发展起到了积极的作用。但是,随着致病微
