燃烧器改造对低氮燃烧效果影响

摘 要:为解决储仓式制粉系统、四角切圆燃烧方式的 300MW机组锅炉燃烧贫煤时炉膛出口排放
高(900〜1 000 mg/Nm)的问题,在进行燃烧器改造后炉膛出口排放 NO质量浓度降至550 mg/Nm3左右;国家和
地方环保标准提高后需进一步降低,遂又进行了燃烧器三次风重新布置、部分三次风引入主燃烧区进行助燃改造, mg/Nm3左右,为同类型锅炉低氮燃烧改造提供了借鉴意义。
