电梯PLC控制系统设计

摘要 从第一次工业革命开始，为人类提供方便的东西出现得越来越多，电梯就是其中之一。电梯的高档、新奇、灵活、方便等深受广大人们的青睐。为此，本文阐述了可编程序控制器PLC在电梯控制中的应用，主要介绍了一个5层楼的PLC电梯控制系统的总体设计方案、设计过程以与所选用的PLC的型号、电梯控制的梯形图，并给出了程序流程图，在分析、处理逻辑关系之后，提出了PLC编程。

AbstractAfter the first industrial revolution, more and more inventions which offer convenience for human have been appearing, and the elevator is one of them. Because of top grade, novelty, flexibility and convenience, the elevator is favored by the majority of people. Therefore, this paper expounds the programmable logic controller PLC in the elevator control application, mainly introducing a five-floor building’s PLC control system’s the overall design of the scheme, design process and the use of PLC model, the elevator control ladder diagram, and giving the program’s flow chart . After the analysis and process of the logic relationship, the PLC programming is put forward.
