摘 要 目的：观察外伤性视网膜脱离硅油取出术后的效果。方法：对55例施行过玻 璃体视网膜手术及硅油填充眼，采用负压吸引等方法取出硅油。结果：术后视网膜保持复位 44只眼（80% , 11只眼再脱离。（67% ）, 眼。结论：严重的外伤眼经过适当处理，不失时机地将硅油取出，仍可保留绝大部分眼球并 保存一定的有用视力。

To observe the results of taking out silicone oil from the eyes which had traumatic retina detachment, using the negative pressure and other way to remove silicone oil from 55 eyes of 55 patients which received vitrectomy and retinectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade. After operation, 44 eyes （80% ） were reattached and 11 eyes were redetached. The visual acuity of 37 eyes reached over （67% , of which visual acuity reached over in 15 eyes. Appropriate treatment and taking out silicone oil in time in severe traumatic eyes could still keep eyes in shape and useful visual acuity.

增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变（PVR）合并复杂性视网膜脱离（RD）是临床处理非常棘手 的问题，硅油的填充辅以视网膜切开松解，眼内激光，大大提高了手术成功率。使一些原本 没有希望的眼球，获得了新生。几年来，我院施行此类手术近千例，随着视网膜复位以及硅 油并发症的出现，目前有312例已将硅油取出，术后绝大部分视网膜保持复位并存有一定视 力，少部分硅油取出后发生再脱离，其中外伤眼占有一定比例。其主要原因是穿通伤后视网 膜嵌塞以及玻璃体视网膜的增殖改变等。现将我院近年来55例外伤眼硅油取出后的效果报 告如下。
