摘要：改革开放以来,我国建立了家庭承包经营制度,极大地调动了农民积极性,解决了劳动激励不足和劳动监督的问题,但与此同时,也形成了超小规模、高度分散和“小而全”的家庭经营格局,使农业现代化建立在超小规模、高度分散的家庭经营这一微观基础之上。加快我国农业现代化进程是当前理论和实践面对的重大课题。推行农业企业化有利于合理组织农业生产力，有利于把现代生产要素引入农业，有利于提高农业专业化、商品化水平，有利于建立和完善具有持续发展能力和国际竞争力的农业产业体系，因而是加快农业现代化的必由之
路。
