1. 甲乙双方欲共同购买房产一套;
2. 甲乙双方协商确定购房款承担比例及房屋产权归属方式;
甲乙双方在平等、自愿的基础上，根据《中华人民共和国物权法》、《中华人民共和国合同法》等相关法律法规，就本协议项下共有房产的占有、使用、收益、处分等达成如下协议，以资双方共同信守:
