旧机动车综合成新率计算方法

摘
要: 评估旧机动车价值时成新率的确定是关键, 但目前关于旧机动车成新率的计算还没有客
观、准确的方法。通过对旧机动车成新率影响因素的分析, 提出了一种新的成新率计算方法。该方
法选择车辆综合性能检测结果、车辆静态与动态检查结果作为参数, 并采用层次分析法( AH P) 确
定了各参数的权重, 运用综合分析法计算出旧机动车成新率值。最后通过实例验证了该方法的实
用可行性和科学有效性。
