摘要:本文基于 Altair OptiStruct 的拓扑优化功能,通过对某型号汽车排气系统消声器支
架进行研究,以有限元模型单元密度为设计变量,以降低板壳单元结构关键部位应力为目标,
优化设计出满足要求的支架结构。计算结果表明,优化后的支架有效改善了关键部位的应力,
提高了整个消声器结构的耐久性能,满足设计要求。

Abstract: Based on Topology Optimization of Altair HyperWorks, a resonator’s bracket
in the automotive exhaust system was studied in this paper. The element density of the
finite element model was taken as the design variable. The objective of this study was to
reduce the stress at critical locations of the brackets and obtain the optimized bracket
structure. Numerical results shows that the optimized bracket can reduce the stress at the
critical locations, as well as improve the durability performance. Therefore, the optimized
structure meet the requirement quite well.

1 引言
消声器是汽车排气系统的重要组成部件,其耐久性能直接关系整个排气系统的使用寿
命。对于排气系统而言,焊接部位通常是其关键部位,焊接部位的应力水平,对系统的可靠
性能起决定作用。为了降低排气系统消声器某些焊接部位的应力水平,可以增设支架进行应
力均衡
