同志们：
今天，我们在这里召开全区卫生工作会议，其主要任务是：高举邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想伟大旗帜，深入贯彻党的十六届五中全会和全国卫生工作会议精神，认真总结2005年的工作和经验，表彰在过去一年卫生工作中取得突出成绩的先进集体和先进个人；按照区委一届六次全体（扩大）会议和政府工作报告提出的构建和谐社会的总体要求，统一思想，明确目标，部署2006年的任务和措施，团结和动员全区医疗卫生工作者，为保障人民群众身体健康，促进我区经济社会发展贡献力量。
一、凝心聚力，奋发有为，全面完成2005年卫生工作各项任务
2005年，我区卫生工作在区委、区政府的正确领导和上级卫生行政部门的指导下，以开展保持共产党员先进性教育教育活动为动力，咬定目标，攻坚克难，各项工作齐头并进、协调发展，为“十一五”卫生事业更快更好发展奠定了良好基础。全区卫生院（社区卫生服务中心），%；出院11427人次，%；，%。总的来说，2005年我区卫生工作取得了新的进展，主要表现在以下三个方面。
