目的

固定资产定义
固定资产是指使用期限在一年以上，单位价格在标准价格以上，在使用过程中保持原有物质形态的资产。
具体情况如下：
耐用年限在一年以上的建筑物、设备、机械、器具、工具等生产经营主要设备；
除生产经营主要设备以外，单位价格在2千元以上且耐用年限在2年以上的物品。
管理
本规定所指的固定资产管理是指固定资产的取得、保管、修理、移动、废弃等实物管理以及保险、记录统计等事务管理工作。
