浅谈基层基本公共卫生服务工作方法

[摘 要] 本文详细就农村乡镇中心卫生院自2009年开展基本公共卫生服务工作以来，通过加强组织领导、宣传培训、明确职责、突出重点、狠抓薄弱环节等方法，较好地推动服务工作，收到了较好地效果，并对初步形成的工作方法进行总结和探索。

实施国家基本公共卫生服务项目是促进基本公共卫生服务逐步均等化的重要内容，也是我国公共卫生制度建设的重要组成部分。国家基本公共卫生服务项目自2009年启动以来，我院深入开展服务工作，不断在工作中探索工作方法，取得了一定的成效。
1、主要成绩
我镇辖区内 46 个行政村，常住服务人口 46048人，累计建立健康档案21591人，建档率达 %，规范建档率达 %，并把纸质居民健康档案完善合格录入居民电子健康档案系统，今年共举办各类知识讲座和健康咨询活动15次，发放各类宣传材料12200余份，更换宣传栏内容48次。累计管理 65 以上老年人2033人，管理高血压患者 1529 人，随访 2470 人次，筛查管理糖尿病患者 275 人，随 访 236 人次，排查管理重性精神病患者 102 人，随访 204 次。
