摘要：对于石油化工建设工程项目来说，施工现场管理是否规范直接对石油化工工程项目建设成效产生影响。只有对石油化工工程
项目施工现场进行规范化管理，才能进一步推动工程建设项目的有序开展，通过不断优化管理环节，从而维护石油化工工程项目的
综合效益。基于此，文章在简要探讨石油化工建筑工程项目特点的同时，探讨了施工现场管理存在的问题，最后给出优化措施。

Abstract: For petrochemical construction projects, whether the construction site management is standardized or not directly affects
the construction effectiveness of petrochemical projects. Only by standardized management on the construction site of petrochemical
engineering projects can the orderly development of construction projects be promoted and the comprehensive benef its of petrochemical
engineering projects are maintained through continuous optimization of management links. Based on this, this paper briefly discusses
the characteristics of petrochemical construction projects, at the same time, discusses the problem
