摘 要:为了改进抽屉制品的外观质量,运用Moldflow软件对抽屉制品浇口位置进行预分析,确定了浇口位置。分析熔接痕产生的原因,调整制品壁厚后将模型导入Moldflow进行分析,熔接痕缺陷在有明显改善,主要外观面熔接痕消失,试模后产品符合设计要求。结果表明,在注塑模产品设计中使用Moldflow进行模拟分析,可较好的优化注塑成型工艺,减少试模次数,缩短产品的开发周期。

Abstract: In order to improve the appearance quality of drawer products, Moldflow software was used to pre-analyze the gate location of drawer products, and the gate location was determined. The reason of weld line is analyzed and the model is imported into Moldflow after adjusting the thickness of product wall. The defect of weld line is obviously improved. The main appearance of weld line disappears and the product meets the desig
n requirements after die test. The results show that the use of Moldflow in injection mold product design simulation analysis can better optimize the injection molding process, reduce the number of trial mold, and shorten the product development cycle.

引言
传统的模具生产主要依靠设计者与制造者自身的经验和直觉来进行模具结构的设计,后期通过不断的试模、修模来修正设计方案,整个设计过程缺乏科学依据,模具质量的好坏直接取决于相关人员的水平与素质[1]。因此导致在模具的设计制造过程中,不仅生产周期长、成本高,而且模具的质量也难以保证。
注塑模模流分析是通过对塑料材料性能的研究和注射工艺过程的模拟,为制品设计、材料选择、模具设计、注射工艺的制定及注射过程的控制提供科学依据,由此可以节约产品开发、模具制造费用,提高产品、模具质量,缩短模具制造周期和试模周期,提升企业市场竞争力[2]。本文以一个抽屉注塑模制品为例,利用Moldflow模流分析软件进行充填过程模拟分析和制品的结构优化
