套管换热器近分相流动态分布参数模型的改进算法

摘要: 近2分2相流动态分布参数模型是套管换热器仿真动态的主要模型,但目前求解方法的稳定
性与初始压力估计2 值密切相关,一旦初始压力估计不当,计算就会发散. 对于现有算法导致计算不

稳定的原因进行了分析,提出了一种改进算法. 新算法基于质量引导,在求解相变流体的质量流量
分布之前通过质量对压力进行迭代,以确定合适的压力迭代初值,增强了算法的稳定性,扩展了算
法的适用范围. 新算法的计算速度与现有算法相当.

An Improved Dynamic Distributed Algorithm Based on
Quasi Separated Phase Model for Double Tube Heat Exchanger

Abstract : Quasi separated dynamic distributed model is a main model to st udy the transient response of a
double tube heat exchanger. A problem in t he reported original algorit hm was analyzed. The stability of
t he original algorit hm relies on t he first iterative value of pressure to much extent , which adopt s t he rela
tion between t he outlet flow rate and t he pressure to determine t he pressure. Based on t he analysis of t he
p henomenon that t he original algorit hm conduces to t he instability of calculation , an improved dynamic dis
tributed algorit hm was devel
