换热器中翅片管固有频率的模拟计算分析

摘要:在传热过程中,由于翅片管可提高传热效率,已在换热器中得到广泛的应用。对于翅片管的
固有频率计算一直采用近似的方法,影响了计算精度和使用。本研究采用有限元分析方法,建立
了单跨和双跨翅片管模型,并通过模态计算分析得到了相应的固有频率以及振型,用有限元的方
法验证了 Blevins RD 关于测定翅片管固有频率的试验数据。本研究提供了翅片管固有频率计算方
法,为翅片管的选择和使用提供了依据。

Simulation on the Natural Frequency of
Finned Tubes in Heat Exchangers

Abstract: Finned tubes are widely used in heat exchangers due to high efficiency in the process of heat
transfer. Traditionally the natural frequencies of finned tubes are calculated by some approximate methods ,
however , which have an influence on the precision. FEM was applied to establish the modals of finned tubes
with single span and double spans , the natural frequencies and corresponding modal shapes were obtained
through modal analysis. Meanwhile , the experimental data on natural frequencies of finned tubes determined
by R. D. Blevins were in fairly good agreement with the results of FEM. These can provide a reference on how
to determine the natural frequencies of finned tubes , and help to select the finn
