文档介绍:I 利用太阳能干燥杏、红枣的研究摘要 为了充分发挥新疆太阳能资源丰富的优势,提高太阳能干燥设备的生产效率,本论文研究了一种新型太阳能干燥装置——整体式太阳能干燥装置, 并利用该装置研究了太阳能干燥杏、红枣的干燥工艺,该装置配套风机动力 ,辅助电能 4kw , 1 次装载小白杏 240kg ,整粒杏干燥用时 79h ,切分干燥用时 32h ;整粒红枣干燥用时 56h 。研制了一种蛇形太阳能空气集热器, 选用市场常见的透明材料和自行设计的两种吸热板结构,制作了 4 种类型的集热器,通过对比试验选出了最优类型: PC 阳光板—单层蛇形吸热板结构集热器,并对其结构进行优化,试验测得集热效率为 % 。研制了分层式干燥箱,通过几轮试制和改进,干燥箱的干燥能力得到较大提高,能够满足实际生产的要求, 把集热器与干燥箱组装在一起形成一个整体, 并安装行走装置, 整套干燥设备被命名为整体式太阳能干燥装置。顶置和侧置两种类型太阳能空气集热器的角度能够随着太阳角度的变化而变化,增加了太阳能的吸收率,顶置集热器循环加热干燥箱内空气,实现了干燥余热的再利用。选取杏、红枣进行干燥试验,对杏、红枣的处理方式是影响干果品质的主要因素, 破坏鲜果的腊膜层是加快干燥速度的简单易行的方法;杏的干燥集中在 6 月底 7 月初, 环境温度高、太阳辐射量大,集热器升温快, 但是输出的空气温度不易超过 85 ℃;红枣的干燥在 11 月进行,由于环境温度低、太阳能辐射量小,应适当降低风速来提高干燥箱内温度。干燥杏的最佳参数为:温度为 65 ℃,风速 ,处理方式为切分处理。干燥红枣的最佳处理方式为扎孔处理。关键词: 太阳能;干燥;杏;红枣 II Study on Solar Drying of Apricot and Jujube Abstract Integrative Fruit -vegetable Solar-air Drier which was applied to dry many kinds of farm produce was studied in this paper in order to take advantage of ample solar energy in Xinjiang and improve productivity of solar drying equipment. Usi ng this drier, solar drying technic of apricot and jujube was studied in this paper also. The dr ier was equipped with power and 4kw auxiliary electricity. Th e time of drying entire apricot was 79h. The time of drying split apricot was 32h. The time of drying entire jujube was 56h. A new type solar air collector was studie d. Using normal transparent material and two type self- designed solar heati ng board, four type collectors we re made. The best structure type was selected parison experiment which was optimized. Solar air collector’ efficiency was %. Layered drier was studied after several repeated cycle. The efficiency was improved greatly which plete industry demands.
