翅片管换热器结霜过饱和模型

Supersaturation Model of Finned tube Heat
Exchangers under Frosting Conditions

Abstract : The water vapor at frost surface is found to be supersat urated. This paper improved t he equation
of calculating t he water vapor supersat uration degree at frost surface , and described a numerical model
which uses supersat urated water vapor at t he frost surface to predict the frost growt h for finned t ube heat
exchangers. The mass of frost accumulated on t he heat exchanger surface , t he overall energy transfer coef
ficient , frost density and t hickness were calculated. The supersat uration model pared to the exper
imental data , and it was found t hat t his model shows good ability to predict the frost growt h for finned
t ube heat exchangers.
