文档介绍：江南大学硕士学位论文论陆游的茶诗与茶事姓名:顾云艳申请学位级别:硕士专业:食品贸易与文化指导教师:黄志浩 20080601 摘要摘要陆游是南宋著名的爱国诗人,也是一位造诣很深的茶人。他一生嗜茶,精于茶艺, 好赋茶诗,且数量位居历代诗人之首。陆游两度担任茶官的经历,使他不仅接触了很多名茶,而且也深谙贡茶。宋代贡茶的主体是建安茶,其又曾为闽中茶使,所以对建安茶极为熟悉,加之又是一位颇有造诣的茶人,所以其茶诗中所记录的宋代各类茶事,应该是比较有代表性的。我们研究陆游的茶诗,是了解宋代茶文化的一个窗口,具有一定的典型性。陆游的茶诗内容丰富,涵义深刻,可以说涉及到宋代茶文化的诸多方面,真不愧为一部“续茶经’’。本文主要从三个方面来解读陆游的茶诗:一、陆游茶诗中所涉及的花(果)茶。虽然这个方面陆游诗中提及不多,茶文化界也谈论较少,但是却不能忽视。花(果)茶的历史十分悠久,作为历来人们饮茶****俗的组成部分,花(果)茶的历史地位也不能被取代。我们以陆游茶诗中关于花(果)茶的内容为线索,可以探寻到宋代地方不同的饮茶****俗。二、陆游茶诗中的贡茶。这个方面主要围绕陆游茶诗中所涉及的与贡茶有关的各种信息展开论述,侧重点主要放在宋代贡茶的制造所、特质、采摘时间、主要门类等方面,这些方面构成了宋代贡茶的主要内容,具有较强的代表性。三、陆游茶诗中的技艺性分茶。关于技艺性“分茶”,历代诗文中均有讨论,前修与时贤也各有看法,但是仍未有十分明确的界定,本节则以陆游的茶诗为入口,结合宋代饮茶方式(包括斗茶、试茶等)的演变过程进行分析,最终得出:分茶是点茶技艺的高级阶段,点茶是斗茶、试茶的一个重要环节;而每一次的进步,都顺应着社会的审美需求。“在心为志,发言为诗。”(《毛诗序》)在解读陆游茶诗的过程中,我们看到了陆游的茶诗与爱国诗篇在思想感情上的殊途同归。关键词:茶诗茶事花(果)茶贡茶分茶 Abstract Abstract Lu You is afamous patrioticSouthernSong Dynasty poet,is also avery deep one attainments lifetime is beaddicted totea,be proficient inthe teaskill,easy to write teapoem,the quantity place lives inand ofpast dynasties You heldthepost ofthe teagovernment official twice,which hadmade him contact more tea,especially the Jian’an ’all teais themain body ofthetribute teainSong Dynasty..Lu You is a very deep man inthe tribute tea system andhad agood activity on wrote many tea poetry,which rich teathings,ought tobe tohave representativeness’paratively therefore what betaken notes Song Dynasty isof allkinds inhis teapoetry thereforethepoet knows the tribute teasystem ofSong Dynasty well study theLu You‘s teapoem,are to know Song Dynasty then,being awindow ofSouthern Song Dynasty teaculture by the person,have typicalness You’s teapoetry is richincontent,implication isdeep, can say a10t ofaspect dealing witll tea culture ofSong Dynasty,be tobethat avolume ”Adds Book ofTea”creditably.
