文档介绍:学号20010071317 密级哈尔滨工程大学本科生毕业论文五轴并联机床结构设计院(系) 名 称专业名称学生姓名指导教师哈尔滨工程大学 2014 年 6月学号2010071317 密级五轴并联机床结构设计 The Design of Five Axis Parallel Machine Tool 学生姓名所在学院所在专业指导教师所在单位论文提交日 期论文答辩日 期学位授予单 位摘要并联机床是空间多环机构在机床制造业的创造性应用, 可与传统数控机床形成很强的互补,并联机床克服了传统机床的刚度重量比低、承载能力差等缺点,具有模块化程度高、刚度重量比大、回应速度快、适应性强和容易实现多轴联动等优点。本课题主要针对五轴并联机床机械结构进行设计工作,并确定本课题机床的结构为 5-UPS/PRP U 并联机构, 在设计过程中完成内容主要有机床总体结构方案的确定,各运动部件结构、连接结构、驱动结构等结构设计、计算以及校核,还有并联结构的运动学分析,最后利用 UG 软件绘制各相关零部件的三维实体零件图并进行虚拟装配得出总体装配图。关键词:并联机构;运动反解;滚珠丝杆螺母副;三维建模五轴并联机床结构设计 V ABSTRACT Parallel machines are space agencies in the creative application of polycyclic machine tool manufacturing industry, with the traditional form C machine tools are plementary, parallel machine tool stiffness to e the traditional weight ratio is low, the carrying capacity of defects and poor, with a high degree of modularity, stiffness weight ratio, fast response, adaptability, and easy to implement multi-axis and soon. The main topic of the design work for the five-axis parallel machine tool mechanical structure, and to determine the structure of the machine is subject 5-UPS/PRPU parallel mechanism, the content in the design process plete the main tool to determine the overall structure of the program, the structure of the moving parts, structural design of the connection structure, drive structure, kinematics calculations and verification, as well as parallel structure analysis, and finally the use of UG software to draw three-dimensional solid parts of the relevant parts of the virtual assembly diagram and draw general assembly drawing.
