［摘要］目的：探讨硝普钠、多巴胺和多巴酚丁胺治疗扩张型心肌病顽固性心力衰竭的 临床疗效。方法：32例患者给予休息、吸氧、利尿剂、地高辛、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI) 类药物常规处理，存在心律失常，给予相应的抗心律失常治疗，同时给予5%葡萄糖注射液 250 ml+硝普钠10 mg+多巴胺40 mg+多巴酚丁胺40 mg,以10滴/ min静脉滴注，3~5 d 后症状缓解停用硝普钠，继续使用多巴胺和多巴酚丁胺，疗程15d。结果：32例患者治疗后 心功能有显著改善(均P<0. 05)o结论：硝普钠、多巴胺和多巴酚丁胺治疗扩张型心肌病顽 固性心力衰竭疗效明显，安全可靠。

Sodium nitroprusside, dopamine with dobutamine in treatment of refractory heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy

［Abstract］ 0bjective:To explore the clinical effect of sodium nitroprusside, dopamine with dobutamine in treatment of refractory heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods:32 cases received regular treatment such as rest, oxygen, diuretic, digoxin, ACEI etc. When arrhythmia existed the drugs for anti-arrhythmia was given. Meanwhile sodium nitroprusside, dopamine with dobutamine were given too. After 3~5 days of symptom relieved, sodium nitroprusside was stoped, dopamine and dobutamine continued, the whole treatment course is 15 days. Results: The heart function in 32 cases improved obviously after treatment (P<0. 05).
