摘 要
本毕业设计目是设计3亿片/年贝诺酯片剂生产车间。在满足GMP规定前提下，通过年生产任务推算出投料量，以此对提取工艺进行物料衡算，然后依照计算成果选取所需重要设备，同步也重要对非原则设备—振动筛分机进行了设计计算。在设备选型和非标设备计算完毕后，进行生产车间平面和立面布置，拟定出重要设备平面立面位置。同步，为了达到GMP原则，对生产管理、“三废”解决、消防卫生、劳动安全、环保等都设计了详细实行制度。

Process Design of Production Workshop about Benorilate Tablet with Annual Production Capacity of 300 million
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this graduation project is to design an annual output of 300 million Benorilate tablet production workshop. In the premise of the GMP requirement，through the year of production，calculate the charge to vote，and do the material balance of the production process，and then select the main equipment in accordance with the desired results，also design the Vibrating screening machine. After that，carry out the design of the main production workshop and determine the location of the equipments. At the same time，in order to achieve GMP standards，design detailed implementation of the system for production management，"three wastes" treatment，fire health，labor safety，and environmental protection.
