换流站仿真演练系统针对电力系统多年形成的应急预案和操作指导书，应用三维虚
拟技术，开发通用性安装软件。系统基于开放式思路设计，使用 OGRE 引擎进行开发,
适用于换流站虚拟现实演练，同时编辑灵活，可作为通用平台编辑实现不同仿真演练，
且支持多人网络联机。通过查阅国内外文献，国内仅发现有电力系统应急预案的编制、
管理系统、交流变电站三维仿真培训系统等内容的研究，而本课题设计开发的仿真演练
系统，可以填补国内外空白。
换流站仿真演练系统由预案管理模块、地图编辑模块、关系编辑模块、界面编辑模
块、虚拟主程序模块五部分组成，逼真生动、开放灵活、编辑简便、通用性强，满足预
案管理、演练和技能培训的需求。换流站仿真演练系统的关键技术包括 3D Studio Max
建模和导出、地图编辑器、界面编辑器、关系编辑器、虚拟系统主程序等。
换流站仿真培训系统已在南方电网超高压输电公司广州局肇庆换流站试运行近一
年，由一线运行人员基本完成虚拟现实预案 15 个。实践证明系统形式新颖，仿真度高，
通用特点鲜明，具备了普及条件，极大地激发了一线员工参与预案设计、学****编辑、
演练以及技能培训的兴趣，且凭借评价计分和录像回放设计一方面令虚拟演练培训过程
形成了闭环，同时提供了新的考核形式。对熟悉现场、预案发挥了积极作用。

Abstract
Converter station simulation system for power systems in the formation of emergency
plan and operation instruction, the application of 3D virtual technology, the development of
general software installation. System design based on open train of thought, the use of OGRE
engine development, suitable for converter station virtual reality walkthrough, edited at the
same time is flexible, can be used as a universal platform editing to achieve different
simulation, and support for multiplayer online. Through consulting the literature at home and
abroad, domestic only found in power system contingency plan, management system,
communication substation simulation training system content of the study, this paper design
and development of the simulation training system, can fill a gap at home and abroad. the
