福建茶产业的可持续发展研究

摘 要
近年来,福建省茶产业发展迅速,已成为农村经济的一大支柱产业,成为茶区农民增收致富的重要途径。
但是,在经济利益驱动下,部分茶区出现毁林开荒,过度开垦茶园的现象。从而对生态环境造成了巨大的破坏,
导致了环境资源的不可持续利用。本文通过对福建省茶产业发展的研究,希望为传统茶产业发展寻求新思
路、新方法,以期为福建茶产业的可持续发展提供理论和实证参考。
本文以产业经济学和可持续发展等相关理论为基础。首先,描述了福建茶产业的发展演变历程和特点;
接着,归纳总结了国外茶产业可持续发展所积累的一些经验;然后,分析了制约福建茶产业可持续发展的主要
因素;最后,分别从企业、行业以及政府的角度提出了实现福建茶产业可持续发展的具体对策建议。

Abstract
In recent years, the tea industry in Fujian Province develops rapidly. It has become a major pillar industry in
rural, and it also becomes an important way to increase wealth. Droved by benefits, farmers destroy forest to open
up land in some areas , excess reclaim tea garden phenomena appearance. Which lead to great damages to land
resources and unsustainable use of land resources. This paper makes a research on Fujian tea industry in empirical
way .And which to provide the new ideas and methods to develop the traditional tea industry into modern one. And
hope the paper can provide some theoretical suggestions for the development of tea industry in Fujian province.
