**质监分局
尊敬的各位领导、同志们：
2011年，**质监分局在区政府和市局及区食品安全协调委员会的正确领导下，紧紧围绕全区经济建设中心，不断创新工作思路，进一步完善食品区域监管机制，全面履行食品生产加工环节质量监管职责，不断加大从源头抓食品安全的力度，为完成全年的工作目标打下了坚实的基础。现将工作开展情况汇报如下：
一、我区食品生产加工企业基本情况
目前，我区获证的食品生产加工企业25家，产品主要涉及肉制品、饮料、白酒、小麦粉、调味品、纯净水、蜂制品、农副产品等。
从全区食品生产加工业整体情况看，存在以下特点：一是规模不大，大部分食品生产加工业还是小作坊式的企业；二是分布较广，城区、各个乡镇均有食品生产加工业分布，空间跨度较大；三是质量安全管理状况参差不齐，大部分小型企业质量管理状况较差，仍停留在传统落后的质量管理水平上；四是获证企业较少，目前只有25家获得食品生产资格，其余食品生产加工单位还是无证生产；五是有一定影响力的品牌较少，目前在全区食品企业中仅有**获XX名牌，大部分食品生产企业缺乏品牌意识，缺少市场竞争力。
