文档介绍:PBL 教学法在乳腺疾病临床实习教学中的应用宋玲琴 1,薛兴欢 1,马肖容 2,王西京 1,管海涛 1,金迎迎 2 (西安交通大学医学院第二附属医院:; ,陕西西安 710004 ) [ 摘要] 目的:比较 PBL 教学法与传统教学法在乳腺疾病临床实习教学中的教学效果。方法:95 名学生随机分为两组,比较 PBL 教学和传统教学组学生的考试成绩,调查学生对教学法的意见。结果: 两组学生基础知识部分成绩的差异无统计学意义, PBL 组学生病例分析部分的成绩及总成绩均高于传统教学组。问卷调查显示,多数学生认为 PBL 教学有利于学生多种能力的提高。结论: PBL 教学能提高学生临床病例分析能力,促进学生的全面发展。[ 关键词] PBL ( Problem-Based Learning );医学教育;乳腺疾病 Application of PBL pedagogy in clinical p ractice t eaching ofb reast disease SONG Lingqin 1, XUE Xinghuan 1, MA Xiaorong 2,W ANG Xijing 1, GUAN Haitao 1, JIN Yingying 2 (1.
