胃癌的发生
胃癌的发生并非是由正常胃粘膜上皮细胞骤然变为癌细胞，而是一个渐进的过程。冰冻三尺非一日之寒，胃癌的发生也不是一朝一夕的事情。在发展为胃癌之前，常经历一个相当长的癌前变化过程。如慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃溃疡、胃息肉、手术后残胃、恶性贫血及巨大胃粘膜肥厚症等，就属于胃癌的“癌前疾病”，他们将使发生胃癌的危险性明显增加。其中最常见的当数慢性萎缩性胃炎。有资料显示，
