Abstract: The article analyzes the features of enterprises.
ERP/MRP make-to-order(MTO) enterprises
according to these enterprises’ management models, management features of MTO manufacture
and put forward our view that the MTO implement paring with ATO and ETO, batch production,
ERP/MRP must integrate closely with repetition and continuous production, MTO
CAD/CAPP/PDM, and carry out business process manufacture has special features as follows:
re-engineering with focus on delivery dates and (1)Because of plex project structure, longer
