文档介绍：中文摘要工业园区是产业集聚的一个载体, 是区域经济发展的核心动力所在,工业园区能否实现其集聚效应、达到可持续发展并且引领区域经济实力的增强,关键在于就是产业规划是否合理, 在工业园区这个平台的建设过程中规划的前瞻性与引导性的作用越来越受到重视,运用规划的方法,对园区内产业空间发展布局进行调整、产业结构进行升级与转型,在工业园区内形成产业集聚的效应,从而提高区域竞争力。区域竞争力是一个复杂的综合的理论系统, 本论文中所涉及的区域竞争力主要是考虑其影响力因素,包括区位因素、资源配置因素、国际国内经济影响因素区域战略符合度等在工业园区于产业规划的设计过程中的运用。在产业规划的过程中充分考虑上述影响因素的作用, 在产业规划过程中完成合理的产业选择与定位、合理的产业空间功能布局划分将工业园区建设成经济与生态齐头并进共同发展的新型工业园区,已达到提升区域竞争力的才能使其产业规划更加合理本论文将区域竞争力分析与工业园区的产业规划相互关系进行探讨, 从理论上提出工业园区产业规划的过程中要将区域竞争力放到重要的位置, 从工业园区的发展战略、园区内产业的选择与定位、增强园区内产业的集聚性以及加强支撑服务体系建设等方面进行产业规划促进其合理性,切实联系工业园区的地域、资源特点,充分利用经济政策等做好工业园区的产业规划,并将此方法进行实证, 对福建省漳州市南凌项目区的产业发展进行研究提出其产业的选择与定位、产业空间功能布局的划分、提出相关支撑服务体系的建设等提升区域竞争力的对策。关键词: 区域竞争力;产业规划;工业园区;南凌项目区 Abstract Industrial zone is the carrier of industrial aggregation, it carries the core power of Regional development. The key point for an industrial zone to carry out the aggregation effect and push the regional economics is rational Planning of the industrial zone. In the constr ucting process of industrial zone, industrial planning is more and more emphasized for enhance petitiveness. petitiveness is plicated academic system. This thesis makes study chiefly on the factors of influence, location, resource and international economy of industrial planning. In the process of i ndustrial planning, it is very important to synthetically calculating all the key factors to make l ogical choice on industries and rational spatial layout to balance economi c development with ecological protection. This bines the research on petitiveness and industrial planning of industrial zone. As a academic innovation to the theory of industrial planning, this thesis emphasizes the si gnificance of petitiveness. As the demonstration of theory, this thesis makes detailedly study on the industrial planning project of NanLing industrial zone of Fujian Zhangzhou to improve the petitiveness of that industrial zone.
