摘 要：存货是企业的重要资产，它管理的好坏，直接关系到企业的资金占用水平，以及资产运作，是企业管理中不可无视的一局部。本文较详细地分析了目前尊然安康管理有限存货管理存在的现状和问题形成的原因，根据对不同性质的商品进展分类，并统一做出分析，结合尊然安康管理实际工作中遇到的部管理问题，及目前尊然安康管理所面临的外部不确定性的因素，统一分析其问题形成原因。阐述了尊然安康管理加强存货管理的重要性，且提出了切合尊然安康管理实际的存货管理和控制策略，有力地促进尊然安康管理的快速开展，使尊然安康管理能尽快摆脱目前大多数中小企业在存货管理上所面临的几大问题，能够按照公司的方案进展存货管理。
