摘 要
目前,供电企业和用户开始高度重视对电网电能质量监测的问题。一方面是因为影响电能质量的因素日益增多,如今广泛使用非线性设备和电力电子装置,使电网中的电流和电压波形发生畸变,导致电能质量的恶化。另一方面,各种精密、复杂的,对电能质量敏感的电气设备的普与,使人们对电能的可靠性与其质量的要求与日俱增。因此,研究供电质量监测的方法,找出导致电能质量下降的原因具有重要的工程和理论价值。本论文设计并给出了以测控领域的最新技术——虚拟仪器平台为基础的电能质量监测系统。该系统能够对电流、电压、频率、相位、电网谐波、三相电压不平衡度、电压波动和闪变等电能质量参数进行实时地监测,并且具有在线分析功能。本文是使用美国NI公司开发的图形化开发软件LABVIEW进行系统程序构建,结合使用NI公司的配套设备PCI-6024E(数据采集卡)以与传感器、变送器等硬件设备,组建了一套电能质量监测仪系统。

Abstract
Power quality is an essential concern of electrical utilities and customers. On one hand, the factors which affect the power quality are increasing, for example, the distorted wave of voltages and currents caused by the extensive application of power electronic apparatus and nonlinear equipment has worsened the power quality. On the other hand, the popularity of the plicated, exactitude and power quality-sensitive electricity appliances has made power quality more important. Research on the power quality monitoring and analysis method is of great value in both theory and paper was designed based on the latest technology in control field - power quality parameters monitor system on the virtual instrument technology platform. It can monitor electric power parameters including voltage,electrical current, phase, frequency, three-phase voltage unbalance, harmonic and thevoltage fluctuation and flicker, and can also provide detailed power quality analysis in realtime. This paper is to use American NI pany's graphical LABVIEW software to builtthe system,by using a bination of construction program NI pany auxiliary equipment PCI - 6024E (data acquisition card) ,sensor and transmitters hardware equipment, established a set of power quality monitoringwith precis measurement
