行政许可申请受理机关
（一）客运站（场）经营：深圳市交通运输委员会（深圳市福田区竹子林公路主枢纽管理控制中心四楼办事大厅）。
（二）货运站（场）经营：深圳市交通运输委员会（具体由各辖区交通运输局负责受理）：

申请人采用告知承诺方式申请的，应提交承诺书。申请人领取《道路运输经营许可证》后，应当在限期内全面履行承诺，并向深圳市交通运输委员会补报有关申请材料，经深圳市交通运输委员会核实符合本实施办法规定条件的，深圳市交通运输委员会签发《履行承诺核准书》，申请人方可依据《道路运输经营许可证》开展经营活动。

十、行政许可时限
自受理申请之日起15个工作日内作出予以许可或不予许可决定。
十一、行政许可证件及有效期限
《道路运输经营许可证》，有效期4年。
十二、行政许可的法律效力
领取《道路运输经营许可证》后，方可向工商行政管理机关办理有关登记手续。不是采用告知承诺方式的，申请人即可从事道路客运或货运站（场）经营活动；采用告知承诺方式的，深圳市交通运输委员会签发《履行承诺核准书》后，申请人方可从事道路客运或
